In total I got, speed cancellation, nuke explosion, and madness aura.

Ok so I'm fighting Wally west in character.

In Central city.

Wally knows I'm a threat.

We start 100 miles apart.

If I use my powers in certain combos can I win?

No, Flash(Wally) is omnipotent.This shouldnt even come to mind.

@jagernutt: in character this guy us omnipotent? Really? I know he's fast but in character I think he'd take it easy at first.

No; he stomps you still. He steals your speed before you can even think of acting (since he knows you're a threat).

No. You'd also need the ability to use your powers before flash used his. Then You'd beat him.

Nope. Some people think he can beat the likes of Odin. Flash is unbeatable on the Vine.

No need to cry fellas. It's simple. All anyone needs to do to beat flash is be faster to use his powers, and be stronger than anything he's tanked, and that's it. If the characters seem equal in speed then the other guy better have feats showing he can resist speed steal. There it is. That simple.

@jagernutt: He can steal their speed you know. :p I like Flash, but the recent wanking is getting to critical levels.

@ironshinobi88: if you read the limitations of speed cancellation, it cannot stop absolute speed like speedforce.

@demonknights: In order to resist speed steal wouldnt one just have to be a more powerful at energy manipulation?

Wally in character wouldn't go to his fullest. At best Wally can speed steal your character even though I don't know how speed cancelation would disconnect Wally from the speed force...

@jagernutt: in order to resist speed steal one would have to be as fast as flash to perceive at Pico second or Femto second to know what flash is even doing. Secondly to resist speed steal, one would need to have speed stealing resistance feats.

Possibly if you're better at manipulating kinetic energy. But Amazo was a better manipulator than Wally and Wally speed stole him just fine.

@dredeuced: wasn't the only reason Amazo won because he was less experianced with the use of the speed force?

Amazo won the fight because he had beaten Wally senseless and Wally only thought to use Speed steal afterwards. It's not like Amazo turned around and speed stole the rest of the JL when they came in to clean up.

I suppose Amazo is clearly less experienced than Wally at using Wally's powers, but that never really inhibited Amazo before.
