Grayson has body armor unlimited bataranges unlimited grappling hook 1gattling gun 3 flamethowers 2 rocket rauchers 2 uzi with unlimited amo and unlimited combat knifes. Jason todd has unlimited bataranges 4 m40s 2pistols 6ak47s and 3 machine guns with unlimited amo unlimited custom knifes body armor and unlimited grenades. start from 10 yards away.      
 
 
 
 

With morals off, I think team 1 would win.

Team 1 stomp.  Bucky with a chaingun?  Too much.  And if everyone has unlimited ammo, why all the extra weapons?
