Winter Soldier vs Ra's al Ghul

Scenario: Bucky finds out that Ra's has something to with the winter soldier program. He goes to find him and make him tell what he knows. After taking down various members of the league of assassins he tracks Ra's down to Greece. Fight is in a suite. Bucky has his arm 2 desert eagles with 5 clips each 13 knifes and 1 m-4 carbine with 4 clips. Ra's has 2 katanas 45 throwing stars and 2 shoges

Ra's al Ghul eats lead.

This is hard... I'll go with Ra's, he'll probably use Bucky's anger against him or something philosophical like that.

Bucky wins due to fire power and can block any of the throwing stars with his bionic arm.

Can Ra's deflect bullets with his two katanas or dodge bullets? If not, unfair, this is.
