Fight takes place in a warehouse both see each other at the begin of the fight bucky has a Sniper Rifle as you see in the picture

This is the movie version of bucky

Jason is the comic version

The rifle is honestly gonna do jack and considering that not only Jason tanked atmospheric re-entry, a huge bomb, electrical attacks, tanking laser fire, healing and strength to rip apart the hull of a spaceship. Not sure Bucky can even contend, he'll have speed but...that's pretty much it which isn't gonna help in the long run.

@lettsplay10: Jason X wins with some difficulty. I doubt the sniper rifle will do him any good other than get Jason ticked off. In regeneration, durability and strength, Jason beats Bucky. Bucky has better combat skills, but I'm sure Jason X can wear him out and pull out a victory in the end.

@lettsplay10: Again nothing....besides that's just gonna make Bucky more immobile. Jason was tanking 2455 laser weaponry. Just by that alone, it's above anything that modern Earth has. Among other things Jason has withstood, even normally he has withstood heavy weapons fire. His X upgrade just made him vastly superior to his normal body.

Several things here.

1) you have no idea the yield of the laser weaponry and quite frankly in the horror verse most weapons are pathetic

2) atmospheric reentry doesn't mean he can't be KO'd and FYI he didn't tank it he died the reentry it was implied IIRC he was going to regenerate from it.

3) Bucky has the stats to Manhandle Jason because he isn't some jobber soldier or teenager

Laser weaponry is different from bullets, though. Lasers are energy, bullets are piercing.

@i_like_swords: While right, in the movie he also was withstanding weapons fire that was piercing and before his transformation, blew off his limbs and punching through the ship's walls.

@doom_phd: Don't really need the yield, why wouldn't it be superior just by the fact alone it's from the future? But whatever and in the movie, he was withstanding weapons that fire blew off his limbs pre upgrade.

Also what stats exactly? Because Jason had ridiculous blunt durability, his upgrade even moreso along with his healing factor and strength advantage. He tore through a ship's hull like tissue among other things like being slammed into walls and the like, so how is Bucky going to manhandle him?

Jason X. Can the MiniGun do some damage? Probably, not enough to put him down though.

@wolfrazer: If he can withstand gunfire to vital organs and his brain without being KO'd/temporarily killed, he wins. If he can at least be KO'd by that kind of injury, he probably loses this.

Losing an arm is nothing compared to losing a vital organ or your brain.

How do you KO someone who is not alive? To be unconscious, one need to be conscious, no? lol

Undead Jason has been put down with drugs before...so the undead thing may not be all that viable in deciding what can and cannot happen to him...

Comic Jason X most likely takes this after a long fight.

Jason X. Buck's only chance is to take the fight somewhere he can win via environmental. That equates to self BFR and a loss or simply isn't allowed and it results in X eventually winning.

@wyldsong: The tranquilizer scene in the movie was just PIS. By definition of what Jason is that shouldn't happen, but it does. Such a silly failure in the plot, what were the writers smoking?

There was also the point where Freddy almost drowned him in the dream realm, and water was filling his lungs in the real world...they were going to do mouth to mouth on Jason...silly movie writers...
