Bucky takes it. Lester likes to toy with his prey quite a bit, and Bucky is good enough with his own long range weapons and has a decent sized CQC advantage.

If Bullseye was using guns then he might fair better but he prefers thrown projectiles, a fair amount of which can be shot out of the air. The gap'll eventually be closed and Winter Soldier takes it from there.
