Bloodshot.

Bucky's going to have a hard time putting down the guy who rapidly heals brain tissue and shrugs off RPGs. He does have the option of EMPing with his arm though, because Bloodshot's powers rely on his nanites functioning. If Bucky neglected to use his EMP, though, Bloodshot should win in a solid fight.

Bucky does have a fair amount of experience against those with healing factors but it's going to be hard putting Bloodshot down with all this cover he has. I doubt WS is going to use his EMP as they have no knowledge on each other so Bloodshot gets the majority.

How would Bucky know to use it? He'd just think he had the coventional Wolverine healing factor.

@dondave: I believe he wears a sonar mask that feeds him data about his surroundings. @slimj87d knows more about it.

@i_like_swords: that is correct. It can also see invisible people. He used it recently to save Black Widow.

Winter Soldier. I think Bloodshots healing is a tad overrated. Just read Bloodshot and Hardcorps 18

Without prep, I'd give it to Bloodshot.

Sure but he'd have no reason to think of using it.

@dondave: but him using it in a scenario where all his attemps have failed seems likely. so id say at least 1/10 is assured
