Team 2 due to Arrow and Slade. Bats is kind of a weak link but I think he could get Punisher or Hit-Girl.

Nah Composite Punisher vs Batman with all his feats not just live action loses. Nolanverse Batman was a bullet timer and was able to beat Deadshot.

Team 1 blows Team 2 the hell up. Mindy finishes the battle off by roasting them.

TEAM BATS

Deathstroke can bullet sponge like nobody could possibly comprehend.

Since this is at midrange and team 1 has better equipment/marksmanship, Bats and Arrow probably go down. Deathstroke can close the distance, but probably gets taken down by suicide explosive.

Team 1 wins with 1 member barely alive.
