Slade wins.

If Slade has Mirakuru, he isn't getting hurt by anyone, mabye Bucky, but he will heal nearly instantly, while wearing armor that deflects bullets. Slade is easily the MVP stats wise and that is all that really matters.

Tough because I know nothing about neither of these guys.

I think after a bunch of smoke bombs and front flipping, all weapons would be on the ground, Frank would be beaten to a pulp, laying on the ground, and bucky would be held in the air by his throat, by none other than Stroke. While the CW stroke isnt as BA as DC stroke, he was still extremely skilled, he kinda ran things like Nolan's Bane did in TDKR, and after that serum, he outclasses bucky and frank in the strength/speed department. Stroke is to fast and to strong for bucky & frank, and bats can just as easily handle one or the other.

@logy5000: Nolan's Batman may be trash, but he's skilled enough to take a movie punisher out. Guns have never been effective against TDK batman, and frank can't throw hands with him. Bucky would probably wipe Bruce Bale out in H2H because of that arm.

Going to go with batman 7 Deathstroke just because Deathstroke can beat Winter Solider. The Nolan verse batman would be roughly even with Punisher. I thought this was comics at first and was worried there was a question.

Why do people instantly assume this is going to hand to hand? Bucky and Punisher have absolutely no problem using guns. And given they actually use their gear, they'll make use of grenades and the guns. Which goes back to my original post. Bucky blows them the hell up.

I could see it going either way.
