Yoda might very well solo if Mace doesn't have his amp. And if he can't, I'd say Obi-Wan provides sufficient back-up to see Yoda to victory.

Now if Mace DOES have his amp, that's harder to say. Probably then it will go one of two ways. Either Obi-Wan gets overwhelmed by Mace's buddies while Mace fights evenly with Yoda and then Yoda takes Mace's buddies out and finally overwhelms Mace with superior Force ability OR Yoda takes out Mace's buddies first and then he and Obi-Wan tag-team Mace.

So no matter what, Yoda and Obi-Wan likely win

If Mace has his amp, he can rely on the other three to keep Yoda occupied while he speedblitzes Obi-Wan and wins the rest. Not that there is any reason to assume he has his amp anyways - just because it is in an Episode III setting doesn't suddenly give him this amp. He doesn't feel completely shattered and what not.

As it is, we should assume he doesn't have an amp. The problem with this is that there are so many routes and opportunities this gets all convoluted. That said, Obi-Wan could hold against Windu while Yoda defeats the other three. He simply has better feats, and considering how he beat Depa Billaba, Plo Koon and Saesee Tiin while unarmed before, I don't see why an armed Yoda that is willing to fight to the death would have much of a struggle. Agen Kolar is in lack of feats - he has stomped Quinlan Vos and that's good and all, but not sufficient. Kit Fisto is effective against somebody with multiple blades, or multiple opponents. Shii-Cho does not address saber-to-saber combat, and it would not be difficult for Yoda to fell him either. Tiin on the other hand is a proficient duelist but we only have him stalemating Windu in a spar. His feats are simply not sufficient to contend with Yoda. And I am certainly confident in Kenobi's defensive abilities fending off Windu for long enough to allow Yoda to finish the rest. Assuming Windu has even defeated Kenobi, then he simply can't match Yoda. If he hasn't killed Kenobi, then it's a stomp.

Sorry, but Windu and Friends sounds like the Super Friends of Star Wars.

Anyway back to the topic, Yoda and Obi-Wan should win.
