Will the Winchesters be able to take out Bigby or will the Hunted do the hunting?

Bigby slaughters, Winchesters have only survived as long as they have because there foes either need them alive or never kill them outright, that and Bigby is incredibly powerful.

Bigby takes it easily. All he needs to do is to take a deep breath and blow.
