Jack more than likely wins both rounds.

Though i'm curious as to how Jack's sword would fair against Nemesis'; her sword is said to be able to cut through any material in the universe and even harm Mr. Majestic, but Jack's sword was forged by Gods and is completely indestructible.

Jack cause the dude fought monsters, demons, robots, cyborgs and an angry Scottsmen with a machine gun for a leg.

@TheCerealKillz: if adamantium existed in the WSU then the Creation Blades would be able to cut it also, it cuts through Mr Majestic like he's butter, there's nothing it cant cut. Jet is a speedster and Zealot and Nemisis are on Midnighter terms of H2H fighting skill
