If Bane's on VENOM, this is a massacre. Without prep, Wildcat takes this. With it, Bane does. Be fun to watch, either way.
BTW, Wildcat is a Batman-class fighter, but his style is completely different. Batman likes to use his martial arts and experience to enhance his already peak-human attributes, whereas Wildcat will take a few punches, and dish out many more.
Wildcat is stronger than Batman, not sure if he's stronger than off-VENOM Bane. Batman's more skilled, Wildcat's more experienced. Bane's in Batman's skill level, but Batman's measurably better -- Bane usually ends up distracting Batman somehow (like in NML where Bane had planted explosives that he set off when Batman started winning -- they were on a timer, and Batman went to rescue someone from them, or something). I'd say Bane's about a match for Nightwing (in martial arts skill, not acrobatics or anything).
As far as I know, Wildcat's never BEATEN Batman (especially since Batman's reached his peak -- of course Wildcat could beat a preteen/early teens Bruce!), but I have seen them stalemate a couple times (admittedly in bronze-age comics). As stated above, Wildcat would beat Bane -- but ONLY if Bane had no prep, and ONLY if bane were off VENOM.
As an aside, in Gotham Underground, Batman specifically states that he LET Bane KO him, in order to get into the prison. Also, Bane calling his "superiors" "boss" was simply a facade. His internal monologue clearly states that Bane intended to take over, or move on his own or something. He had exactly zero respect for them.
