Raven ftw.  Much fun as Wiccan is as a character, Raven was scarier in the 80s than he is today.

Raven would definetly kill Wiccan. Her powers over magic are much more experienced than his. Besides that little sissy would be running away.

Wiccan has the potential and raw power on his side, but Raven has the experience on her side, and powers that allow her to incapacitate and disorient. I think Raven would hit him with an emotional blast of pain and young Wiccan (despite being my favorite Young Avenger!) will not have the battle experience to handle it.

In five years (or less), Wiccan will make Raven look like Condiment King. Now, Wiccan loses quite badly.

This will be a more appropriate battle when Wiccan becomes a bit more developed. I feel like we're going to see some truly 'great and terrible things' coming from the heartily handsome homo-witch very soon; make a new thread then.

Demiurge is a multiverse threat. A bloodlusted Wiccan wrecked havoc across all realities in the future. At peak power currently, he doesn't really need to keep repeating the words, he has a moment where he rearranges reality and comic book pages or events happening. They also come across a reality where Demiurge pretty much control the universe. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree after all.

@marvelbro: Raven will be quite fine. Raven has taken down gods , and according to this bloody scan here , she is universal plus if she got angry enough . Having said this Raven is experienced enough to obliterate him emotionally , like the likes of brother blood . In addition to this she's , one shot Orion , Darkseid , Handled an entire TT Roster , Ko'd Professor X , Knocked out the entire Jl( Stasis), Stood up to DP , fought her father directly , pacified Superboy , and much more.

raven is immune to the manipulation of time, she cannot die and, above all, can't kill her physical form. I think the only alternative would be to surrender, unless she can be contained and a pocket universe, but I think that Billy is not at that level yet (and maybe she can't).

wiccan is literally a demiurge who is the father of all elder gods some of which are way more powerful than raven. He has held reality in his hands and has warped reality of the multiverse. as the demiurge he is going to rewrite all of the laws of magic to his wants and needs in the past, present, and future of the multiverse. Raven uses magic which can be rewritten by wiccan. wiccan wins easily.

All she has is mostly statements and she’s at her most powerful in a nexus which isn’t the location of this battle.

Demiurge should be massively above her.

Going with Raven if Demiurge is not allowed. No magic user can defeat Demiurge. DC's magic is superior to Marvel's anyway.
