Is SBP standing for Superboy Prime? I doubt he can beat Wally. Guy was afraid of Bart Allen and he's nowhere near Wally's level.

Well, what I've learned is, Barry's mask/cowl thing never has the white eye covers. It always shows his eyes, whereas Wally's eyes are covered.

Also, Barry's belt always goes straight around, and Wally's belt always has some sort of break in it or a v-shape at the middle.

interesting. well, I'm gonna go a different route on this one..........

how about : Captain Marvel/photon (monica rambeau), warlock (technarcy), Magik, Etrigan, Jenny Sparks, Adult franklin Richards, Nova Prime, Super Skrull, Cassandra Nova, King Hyperion (for sure), quasar (wendell), black bolt, etc, etc...........

Wally could probably kill Monica before she could react if he were bloodlusted. Same with Magik -- I doubt she has FTL reactions. Sparks is kind of weird, I'm pretty sure by universal decree she can't die until she's supposed to, so maybe. Adult Franklin Richards is more powerful than Odin -- guy beat the combined Mad Celestials and was more powerful than Galactus. I'd argue Wally could blitz Nova Prime and kill him with a vibration, phasing, or IMP attack. Don't know Cassandra Nova. Didn't King Hyperion get taken out by people lesser than Wally? Might be able to blitz Quasar, I think he's only a nanosecond timer. Black Bolt gets his brain taken out of his head.

@gonnarain: you would still need the reaction speed to even access said power in order to do anything substantial. Having the power to stop time doesn't mean anything if you're dead before you can access this ability

Why do people keep saying Quasar and Nova? they get blitzed instantly, unless they have auto shields now.

Anybody that has pico second reaction time, has FTL combat speed, has the "key" to escape the speed force, can take Infinite Mass Punches and can some how avoid his speed getting stolen could beat Flash

In all seriousness though, this will be tough. A bloodlusted Flash (any Flash) isn't someone to mess with. Especially when it comes to Barry or Wally.
