The fight looks like a stand-still but yes, Cyclobs did chip in. Sorry about the DC/Marvel thingy, I thought that the only non-canon crossovers were the ones which were fan voted like Spider-Man vs Superboy or Storm vs Wonder Woman.

Anyway if Logan doesn't have his healing factor than I might lean this to Deathstroke, but I do see this factor going either way though, I think Logan's skills may play a factor here if he uses them correctly and doesn't swing his claws around like Leatherface in the Texas Chainsaw sega (lol)

Deathstroke is the WINNER

Maybe the only advantage Wolverine has over Deathstroke is Durability/Healing Factor even though Deathstroke has HF and an Armor too so I doubt it

Deathstroke is far smarter better tactitian (find a way to defeat him while fighting he's a agreat analyzer and he was able to beat an immortal man by making him kill himself) He's obviously stronger faster and has better reflexes Wolverine is a bit better martial artist though Deathstroke has his Equipment (nth metal sword better reach and guns long Range) while Logan has Just Close while both have heightened senses Deathstroke was able to feel someone flying was attacking him from behind and was able to grab him (which means both Senses and Reflexes Feats)

So how wolverine wins please?

Deathstroke is s much better fight than batman--but wolverine eventually kills him. Honestly DS without prep is nothing wolverine hasn't already seen before.
