Who Would Win? Phoenix Force or Apocalypse?

Who would win with Jean using the phoenix form in her white crown form against apocalypse? This has always made me wonder since Jean exists outside of time or space really. And she resurrect herself whenever need be. But Apocalypse has always been shown as to be the Ultimate being - from what i read.

Whats your opinion and why?

When was apocalypse shown to be the ultimate being? He proclaims himself the ultimate mutant or something like that, but he is still an insect compared to the phoenix force.

Phoenix should be able to beat Apocalypse fairly easily. This should be in the Battles forum.

Check the Twelve..Magneto defeated Apocalypse in AOA..a non cannon story. HOM lost to Black Bolt if I remember correctly..how would he hurt someone who can telekentically rip Magneto apart. Garbage Force=Phoenix force..a concept I dont care about. "
