Samus and Tony+War Machine will go head to head since they are the strongest and it's their motto to do In Character, the survivor would most likely be hurt and get attacked by the rest of the combatants, this will come down to the two least head on fighters which are the Predator and Prophet.

Master chief or noble 6 (in my completly UNBIASED opinion). In character they would work together and their shields should be able to keep them unharmed whilst they run. They have the best survival chance IMO and are the best soldiers and tacticians here, they have physicals on par (if not greater) with a predator, have the best equipment other than ironman and war machine but they'll rip each other to shreds at the beginning.

Overall I feel they have the best decision making and survival odds.

Anyone without stealth or silenced weaponry is going to struggle here because they will draw lots of attention to themselves.

Normally I'd say Iron Man wins but he is so arrogant that I think he finds himself ganged up on. He's such an obvious target. Green Goblin falls in the same bucket.

War Machine is capable of killing pretty much everyone here. With his sensors and armor he's a top level threat. However I don't know if he has what it takes to literally hunt others. In a pitched battle, sure, he's fighting to win. But if they are hiding in building or sewers... I don't know if he has that much of a killer instinct. With so much going on, Rhodes may try and team up with Tony, which make him a top tier target as well.

I lump Cyborg and Master Chief together. Both are versatile on a battlefield but both have weaknesses. Chiefs weapons are too loud and Cyborg has the human flesh exposed and isn't exactly stealthy. They'd both be hunted down.

I'd say Predator, War Machine or Wolverine can win this.

I guess I will take Predator. Hunting is what it does. He's fast, strong, invisible, has the claws and has lethal ranged attacks, like the explosive blaster, the more silenced laser, the razor net, etc.

Goblin, I mean he knows NY pretty well considering he has an entire corporation settled there. So if it's the same NY and Oscorp is there, he has his armory right there.
