Who would win in a race Road Runner or Flash (Barry Allen)?

@justsomerandomkid: The RR's top speed depending on the incarnation is only 150 mph(this was on a plan sheet drawn by Wile E) or 300 mph(the newer LT show had Wile E clock the RR at 300 mph). So yes Barry has this in a race, the only reason Wile E cannot catch the RR is because

1. His speed

2. Wile E's bad luck

3. The RR's ability to bend the laws of physics enough to go through painted scenery.

Speed Force has way more PIS behind it than Toon Force. Barry takes this.
