Who would win the ultimate mutant killer Bastion or the leader of war world Mongul

I believe bastion would destroy Mongul he has to much intellect and experience killing mutants

Bastion does indeed have plenty of experience killing/hunting mutants. How's his experience in fighting extra-terrestrials who have traded blows with Kryptonians, Amazons, and Green Lanterns and lived to tell about it? Not to mention one with a weapon 1/2 the mass of our moon in the form of Warworld and all its cannons in low Earth orbit?
