Who Would Be The Hardest Villain To Defeat?

Any VILLAIN can count, plus any combination of objects. 
For example, Darkseid with the Infinity Gauntlet. 
 
Also, when you have come up with what you believe to be the HARDEST villain to defeat, create a team of 5 characters in the same post who you think could defeat him/her.
