The P5 are tough characters to beat because of the fact that one was enough to beat up the Avengers and they had very specific weaknesses. The only things that were seem capable of stopping/harming them were each other, Wanda's hex magic, high levels of telepathy, Shi'ar weaponry, and Iron Fist's chi. Without it, they can be knocked around and made to bleed by physical force, but it never showed them slowing down. I know Maestro is smart, strong, and a tough customer. He might be able to fight one for a period (and lose), but not all of them at once.
The fact that Maestro beat the Phoenix Five in the game, has nothing to do with comics. He still lacks feats to beat even one of them let alone all 5.
Unless it becomes cannon, which I have a feeling it will when we get to "Contest of Champions". Perhaps we'll get more feats sooner for the Maestro if stalemates or holds his own against God Emperor Doom who has the power of the Beyonders.
Now, if this thread had been Cosmic Maestro vs. the Phoenix Five, then I'd definitely go with CM for the victor as he has defeated the Phoenix Five, the Phoenix Corps, Galactus, and even hunted a Celestial. Not to mention conquered numerous universes/realities.

Didn't Thor shatter Emma and she simply reformed? I don't see how Maestro, who only has physical attacks is going to do much if anything to these guys.
@greenscar1990: Cosmic Maestro is still featless. He is yet to even make an appearance in the Marvel 616 universe so i say we wait and see what happens.
