Who wins in a fight to the death? Morals on, Current

Keep in mind this is the current version of the Werewolf by Night. Now I side with Werewolf by Night on this due to him having the strength to be able to completely make Sabretooth into a rag doll and turning their fight into what was a curbstomp. Adding to his strength the Werewolf is very agile being able to leap over 18 feet in the air with his leg muscles. Who is faster between him and Spidey is debatable and their reflexes and senses should be pretty close to even. My vote goes to Werewolf by Night.

I know Spiderman wouldn't kill with morals on but think about it even on a normal occasion Spidey still has his limits before he knows what needs to be done.
