Who's the strongest character Ultra Hulk can beat?

So i asked who could beat the menace known as Ultra Hulk, and i got a very wide array of answers ranging from Herald level to low skyfather level to highskyfather level. This one's a bit more specific, but it gives me another level for understanding my creation/ extremely modified version of a single character.

Ultra hulk

Physical Form:

With four arms to punch away with, Space Hulk has the best physical form of all Hulk's, if for only the fact that he has four arms.

Armor:

With Celestial tech that can be used to defeat the Juggernaut, this armor easily towers above the SHIELD tech and Gladiator armor that Hulk has otherwise used. Since hulk has four arms, it's only right he get two swords and 2 whips, as well as four total gauntlets.

Base Strength & Energy Projection:

World Breaker Hulk has the strongest strength and raw power of any Hulk. Point Blank.

Speed:

In my personal opinion, this hulk has been showing the best speed feats of any Hulk so far. That being said, it's technically just savage hulk, so i guess any and all speed feats for 616 Hulk are usable.

Flight:

All i know is that this Hulk and Captain hulk had flight. I haven't read either of these characters issues, and when Captain Universe Hulk comes up as a power set it usually leads to a lot more speculation than i want. So essentially Hulk has flight, think of that as you will.

Anger Increase:

Mindless Hulk (or Bannerless Hulk) has no mind to restrict his rage. Therefor his strength grows much more exponentially than any and all Hulks before and after him and has no true limits.

Skill:

Ever since being a gladiator and fighting foes on his level of power and beyond his level of intellect, Banner has decided to coexist with the Hulk persona, giving him an adaptive ability that formed into Gladiator style combat. Essentially, even though he's not super skilled, he's the most skilled of all hulks. Hulk has a week to train with his new physical form and powers, so his ability is at peak.

Morals:

While not as strong as many Hulk incarnations, Ultimate Hulk is at least one thing, and that's vicious. This guy doesn't hold back, and even compared to mindless Hulk & Space hulk, he's in every sense of the word, a monster.

Durability & HF:

Hulk's durability & HF in each incarnation as far as i have seen is almost always impressive, yet somewhat inconsistent. So this composite Hulk is going to have the high end durability of each canon 616 Hulk.

• You can pick who's the strongest character Ultra Hulk beats with morals on, or you can pick one with morals off, or you can choose both.
• No BFR, win by Ko or death.
• No prep or info on the opponents

Morals on: Mongul

Morals Off: OF Thor

First, this Hulk would indeed be extremely powerful but all his might would only be useful against fighters or damage-based combatants (excludes all magic users, dimension shifters, reality benders). That being said, I believe this Hulk could beat Thanos and everyone under that level. He could also pretty much defeat any version of Thor save Rune King.

That is, on a purely physical level.

Morals on: Batman with one month prep

Morals off: Squirrel girl with max PIS

General: my character, Ultra Hulk -1

Could Flash vibrate through the Hulk and rip out an organ? Or is Hulk too dense?

Morals off: Superman Prime

i would say he could vibrate through him yes...but it wouldn't stop hulk for a second some of his top HF feats involve walking on the sun and healing so fast you can t even tell he was being disintegrated however i believe maybe Wally West could still beat him if we where going by his top sowings to.

Juggernaut almost beaten WWH, then got BFR'd. This ultra-Hulk has chance to at least KO him. I don't know who could also KO juggernaut with pure strength.

I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of fear itself Thor or maybe even Odin force Thor (though I think that would be pushing it)

He actually might be ale to solo the 7 team justice league

@mypasswordis1234: our you saying the best Hulk that could possibly be would lose to Juggernaut or that he would beat Superman Prime? if you think this then your wrong on both of them but what did you actually mean?

Ultra Hulk is super cool and they should make him a character. :3

Any character that has mind-rape capabilities would be able to take this Hulk out easily.

Going off pure combat Ultra Hulk should be able to take out Thanos.

That character seems like a Galactus level threat

@darkseid1006: I said the strongest character that U.Hulk could possibly beat is a confident Juggernaut. I didn't talk about Superman, and I think he still lack of Superman level speed to beat any Superman.

oh sorry for he confusion i mentioned it when a tagged you but i was talking to another viner in the same post i thought you where backing him up as he said it was superman prime but IMO i still think he can take better than juggernaut
