Who's the most powerful character by feats?

If you've spent any amount of time here on the Battles Forum of CV, then you know that feats are king here. That's what people want to see. Green Arrow would beat Superman Prime 1 Million due to the latter being featless. That's what most debaters would say if someone were to make that battle (I jest a bit, but you understand what I'm getting at). Feats > statements/hype/etc.

So I ask you, frequenters of the battles forum; in your opinion, which character has the best/highest/most powerful on panel feats that make him/her/it the most powerful character there is in the following franchises? Any and all incarnations/versions allowed.

Well, it really depends. You have to specify if you want just comics in general, or only canon stories. Specify if characters using items are allowed or only their natural powers, etc.

Mxy, Thought Robot are up there, I would think...

Any and all versions of characters allowed, as long as they have on panel feats to justify them being the most powerful.

It's fucking batman with prep if were not counting cosmic entities he has some stupid feats if were going below skyfather level here. If not doom with prep. Iam not counting ultra OP cosmic entitties oden or darkseide or anyone like that cos if so then it's Pre retcon beyonder etc.

Some of the best Marvel on panel feats I can think of:

• Thanos w/IG: snapping fingers to destroy 1/2 the life in the universe.
• Severally weakened CW Hercules restoring the multiverse that 98% of it was destroyed.
• PR Beyonder tanking a blast from PR MM that would have destroyed billions of dimensions.

i figured if this was all about feats, there would actually be scans showing these feats
