Who or what can beat a character like this?

Say there's a creator out there that gave birth to a new character. A labor of love so to speak. This new being is designed to be able to make herself more powerful. She was destined for greatness. Then lets say she reaches the point where she enters the Ultimate Marvel Universe and did the unbelievable. She defeated Ultimate Eternity, then took his place as the new Eternity. But she didn't stop there. This being wanted to be the supreme being in the Ultimate universe. So she later "de-throwns" all the other cosmic beings of their positions. Death, Galactus, Chronos, Master Order, Lord Chaos, Love, Hate, all of them had been replaced by her.

Afterwards her creator really wanted to see if she truly was the supreme being in the universe, so he gave one of the villians in Ultimate the Infinity Gauntlets. However the villian's gauntlet wasn't the same as the 616 gauntlet, for this gauntlet also possessed the seventh gem, the ego gem. The two beings battle and the new Ultimate Eternity (or whatever she is now) proved to be the only known Eternity in Marvel to ever triumph over the Infinity Gauntlet. Afterwards she drained the guantlets of their power and flinged the villian out of the Ultimate Universe and into some other Marvel universe (it was uncertain which one did he landed in).

Later the being of the Ultimate Universe travelled to DC with the aid of her creator and did something she always wanted to do. She ended the rivalry of Mxy and Bat-mite by KO both of them. She soon headed towards 616 and wanted to show the 616 cosmic roster why she's called the Ultimate Marvel Universe. She goes up against the entire 616 cosmic roster like Eternity, Infinity, Death, Oblivion, Galactus, the Stranger, Chronos, Abraxas, Love, Hate, the entire Celestial Host, the Watcher's watching, every single cosmic diety in 616. To top it off the Phoenix Force was paying its usual visits to 616 and joined in with all the other entities. The end result was the new Ultimate Universe stands tall above all the fallen entities.

Now the question is who or what can beat a being like this? Doesn't matter whare they're from comics, anime, cartoons, movies, anywhere. Who can beat her?

I dunno... Saint of Killers maybe?  Bo Jackson from Tecmobowl?  Snow days back in second grade?  Nothin' beat those.

Not Zoom.  Certainly not Scarlet Witch (how many mutants did she miss? well over 198?  and that's her greatest feat? psh)

Squirrel Girl.  She's the only one that could do it.

EDIT: Or Batman. Gambler is almost correct. Squirrel Girl is the only thing that can beat the Bat Factor.

Her creator can definitely beat her and the TOAA should be able to beat her. Also don't forget fesak she also took down a 7 gem Infinity Gauntlet and the Phoenix Force since that thing isn't exclusively 616. And a small correction she took down universe-616 and 1610. Whose to say she was even anywhere near Earth.

I'm quite surprised no one said the Living Tribunal. I don't know if the LT can actually beat her, but it seems like a given that she would want to test her powers against him after her 616 win.
