I don't see why Hulk is included here. I've seen Hulk win fights he has no business being a part of. People always jump to the Hulks greatest feats as WBH or WWH, even when the battle clearly states it's Savage Hulk or whatever.
I have no issue admitting that Hulk wins in certain fights (even though I hate him with a fiery passion), but Hulk does not beat Superman, by no means should he defeat a morals off Thor when BFR isn't disabled (this occurred in Fear Itself against an amped up Hulk, and guess how many panels Nul Breaker of Worlds lasted...). Can Hulk take the strongest version of Solomon Grundy? Yeah, probably. Can Hulk take on Thing, Colossus, and Rhino at the same time in his Savage form, probably not 10/10, but he could easily edge somewhere between 4-6 out of 10 battles. Hulk belongs in those debates. But Hulk vs. Silver Surfer, Hank Henshaw, Zoom, Wonder Woman, Superman, Tyrant etc. he has no business being in.
Hulk doesn't lose because he is underrated, Hulk loses because people think he belongs fighting cosmic level entities when he clearly doesn't. He's as bad as Batman going up against people like Silver Surfer because he has 1 day prep or whatever.
Honestly, I think Comicvines most underrated character who could really use some more love...Frank Castle.

I've been stalking comicvine for quite a long time before actually making an account and I can honestly say around 3/4 of the battles I saw with the Hulk in them, he lost. Not even against cosmic entities but against "brick" characters.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm a hulk fanboy. I love hulk to death, such simple solutions to his problems usually resulting in his anger growing. But from an as unbiased as I can possibly be viewpoint, he is SEVERELY underrated by most everyone on the vine. In a Hulk vs Thor thread with BFR disabled people will always give it to Thor(sometimes even in a lolstomp) forgetting the most basic rule about hulk. He starts off pretty evenly matched with Thor strengthwise with fairly high durability that can tank some hits from Thor but the madder he gets, the stronger he'll get with no known upper limit. From that view point and Hulk's high endurance and stamina I would think Hulk would eventually come out on top. But the discussions usually devolve into lollightning powers or Thor is stronger than the Hulk without thinking about the basic rules associated with the Hulk. I am also a Thor fanboy btw before someone calls me a Thor hater.
The Hulk hate on this site is EXTREMELY thick as well as Wolverine hate, Batman hate, Superman hate, etc. And because of this people will underrate the abilities of these characters severely because they hate them(except for Supes though the hate is probably stronger than Hulk hate but Superman's abilities are MUCH harder to underrate than Hulks).
Now every thread I've seen with Frank Castle against pretty much ANY street leveler, he wins as long as it isn't an utterly specific thing like a race thread I saw awhile back.
Most overrated I'll have to give to Batman because of prep. Though I'm a Batman fanboy as well.
