Screw it. I will assume the OP did not know what they were actually saying because no matter how you cut it, some of these characters should not even be on this list.
um, are we talking just as they are or their potential power? because jean is the most powerful, but gambit had the potential to become new sun and destroy the world. I don't know if that can stack up against the power of jean, but it's still something to consider.
Magma also has the potential to be quite powerful. In her Magma form it's very difficult to harm her and she can control the earth. Also she was recently shown flying.
Jean is the clear choice. Unless I'm mistaken, Jean and Iceman are the only certified Omega-level mutants on this list, and Jean's potential is far greater.
