But she would not get a chance to get that Angry. Diana can take her out rather quickly since she has the Speed, Flight and even Strength advantage... and even though She Hulk has taken some hard licks from some of Marvel's Heavy Hitters... she wont be able to hang with Wonder Woman

If we were going by actual power than neither Ms.Marvel or Phoenix are the most powerful and Marvel and if that is the case for DC also than Wonder Woman wouldn't be the most powerful female in DC.
