I want to know. Maybe you guys will be debating on the person.

Of conventional Earth-based heroes

Marvel: On average, Hulk.

DC: Superman

Im not really understanding what you want to know, but in overall power One Above All is the biggest in Marvel and the Presence is the biggest in DC

In actual strenght, it depends if we can count people who can amplify their strenght or if we count a character's normal level of strenght. but surely, Superman would be very high ranked for DC

Technically your wrong Thor is not from MARVEL earth but asgard so technically hulk is the strongest on marvel earth but thor is one of the strongest beings in the marvel verse.

DC:Black Adam>Superman... and yes if you are born a human you are a human (I Don't care if you got the power of the gods you are still a man). I also don't count Superman human.

In terms of just pure, raw strength?

Starro the Conquerer is pretty damn strong.

If he can cut Despero's head off, I'd put him as the strongest for DC.

For Marvel? I don't know, to close to determine (if we're not ruling out god like characters).

@VercingetorixTheGreat: what are some feats that make you say BA is stronger than superman. I have never seen him move,lift anything on Supes level. and Hulk has many more lifting/moving feats than apocalypse. why do you say he is stronger than hulk?

Can Galactus beat Hulk in an arm wrestling contest????? Hulk based on potential and Superman same reason. A few others start off stronger than the both of them but Hulk and Super become stronger than anyone else.

Hulk jobbing out to Apocolyps was obviously for story purposes . Apocolyps needed Hulk to become War and it's not like any of his horsmen could take Hulk, so they had PAC do it himself.

@pooty: Black Adam is more ruthless and I am not saying silver age superman whos feats are just ridiculous. His Strength is easily on Superman's level and he is a much better fighter. Black Adam>Captain Marvel>Superman

@VercingetorixTheGreat: I thought we were discussing "pure strength" as who can lift more etc. What feats put BA on supermans strength level? In fighting BA is more ruthless but that does not increase his strength. That just makes him more willing to kill.

Supes: he has the lifting, moving feats and is the measuring stick everyone goes by

Marvel: Hulk,juggs or Thor i guess

side thought: if supes and BA were both blood lusted I think Supes would take BA.
