Who is the strongest DC character Despero can beat?

Who is the strongest Marvel or DC character Despero can beat?

Without any plot device items such as IG, HOTG, Nullifier, etc., who is the strongest character from DC or Marvel that Despero can KO or kill?

I wish to exclude BFR from this question as I feel it's often used as a copout among combatants who, morals on or off, would likely fight to the death before ever settling for a BFR.

Ok why would anyone suggest Despero has IG , HOTU or Nullifier.

From Dc i'd say Darkseid.

From Marvel I'd like say Mangog class threats.

@Killemall: No one's suggesting he would have those items. I'm saying for the fight to be a battle between two combatants instead of as a PIS copout in one's favor.

Despero can overpower the Justice League with brute strength alone, I'd say he's a decent amount above Black Adam. As well as that, his TP is above even Martian Manhunter's (Who has been mind-raped BA in the past).

Possibly. I'm not sure, I'd put them about even, though Fernus has greater versatility.

Despero would beat them both. Eiling is already vulnerable to TP and so is Juggernaut, once his helmet is gone.

Uhhhhh...Despero has broken GL constructs before, but I forget who's they were.

As long as Kyle keeps his distance (easier said than done) from Despero and protects his mind, I think he could handle him.

Sodam never really impressed me all that much, and relies a bit too much of his Daxamite abilities, so I'd say Despero would beat him.

So far, Ion is the strongest we've got that he can beat. I wouldn't go so far as to pick someone higher like SBP, that may be too much.

Does Despero age? Has that ever been adressed? I'd ask of the Despero forum, but it's a bit of a ghost town.
