Batman hands down. Part of skill in fighting is the brains to use them at their best. Batman is the brains here and will use all his fighting at exactly the right moments to lay a beatdown on the Cap and Logan.
Most skilled to me means has a mastery over multiple styles and can use them effectively in a weaved creation of destructing awesome-ness.
Since Bats technically has mastery over more styles than the others (I guess you could argue that with Logan) I picked Bruce. Without any physical upgrades or mutations (SS serum and Logan's natural enhancements) then I think Bruce would be most skilled.

Definitely Batman. He doesn't have any kind of physical enhancements, he's just pure skill. Logan and Cap are both very skilled fighters, but some of that comes from their mutation/serum.
Logan's fighting abilities are primal in nature, he hasn't spent the time to master martial fighting styles. Batman has skill; Logan has natural talent. Kobe vs Lebron James.
I think they're the same in martial arts skill. Cap and Wolvie ARE stronger. Batman on the other hand has awesome battle tactics and is resourcefull. He makes use of his gadgets aswell as his skills to win against stronger opponents. He'de deffinitely win in a fight
I'd say Wolverine beats Cap but Batman would beat them both. It's not just how well a guy adapts to his serum or mutation. It's also about adapting to our opponent and Batman proves time and time again that he can sum up any opponent and use their weaknesses against them in a fight so even if he's not the one taking them down he's the crucial part responsible for taking them down. Exploiting the coin for Two-face for instance. Logan is prone to berserking and Batman will use that to screw him over. Cap's much more well rounded but Batman will wait his turn and find some way to use the shield against him or just push for an opening and knock him out old fashioned style.

Wolverine's Marvel bio has him over Captain America. And I kind of agree with Marvel. However, Batman is a toss up. In all honesty, all three are right at the top of the comic's pile. Iron fist should be in the mix here too though. If he were, I'd place him as #1.

Hard to judge since logan rarely shows his talent against many fighters. most have no idea what he is capable of because writers never allow that part of his character to shine. instead they let his healing factor and his ability to tank shine. i think realistically logan should take this but the batman fanboi in me leans towards bruce.
Wolverine hes learned everything batman nor cap could say the same as its stupid to think a human could learn every fighting style on earth & still be in their 30's lol .
