xaiver is the most powerful he was reading every mind on earth by 13 he has entered the minds of the beyonder galactus anddarkphoenix has beaten shadow king who has enslaved whole realities i mean he may very well be the most powerful non abstract telepath in comics other than mayby the watchers.

So should Brainwave Jr. He has feats of breaching defenses that MM could not. While his TP assault is stronger than MM's his TP defense is whoever not. This is of course after his fathers death where his father added his own power to Jr's by sharing it with him.
