Who is the best marksman?

- Green Arrow

- Deadshot

- Batman

- Hawkeye

- Bullseye

Bullseye or if you're counting Ultimate Hawkeye as well then he and Bullseye are probably tied.

In the throwing, I also agree in considering Bullseye the best. However, in firearms, Deadshot is definitely the best.

Bullseye and I don't think Clint would take a majority on him either outside of plot. Bullseye has better accuracy feats, better reflex feats and better H2H feats.

I will say Bullseye number 1 then Hawkeye and then Deadshot.

Seeing as how the term marksman is most closely associated with a rifle I have to go with deadshot but in a fight bullseye is the best

Bullseye and Deadshot are more or less equal with guns, but where Bullseye pulls ahead is that in addition to a fire arm, he can use a toothpick.
