Who is more skilled? Deathstroke or Batman?

No weapons, no gear, pure hand to hand. Enhancements allowed.

Who is a more skilled hand to hand combatant?

i think batman, but slade usually wins due to betetr physicals

Skill= Batman (arguably)

Physicals= Deathstroke

Probably Batman. DS wins because of better strength, speed, regen, durability, yadayadayada

DS is not as skilled. If he were, he would dance around opponents like Azrael and other medium skilled e hanved people.

Cue the Detective Comics fight from 1996, before DS Is stated to not have powers...after an extended arc of having no noticeable changes to his feats...

My main question: Sure, Batman knows more martial arts than Slade. Sure, Slade has better physicals. But who's better with the execution? Skill isn't a matter of knowledge or strength. It's a matter of what you can do with those things.

I mean, both of them are prep gods. But what about without it? Heat of the moment, unprepared, messy fighting, and their ability to adapt, survive, and thrive no matter what the H2H scenario.

I'd honestly say it depends on the opponent. In certain scenarios, pure instinct can be better than any plan.

Bruce is more skilled in pretty much every category.

Based off their last fight I think they're equals.

Batman is more skilled. All though since the OP allows enhancements this goes down like the rest of there fights. Slade wins.

Batman for a slight advantage.

Batman is clearly better at hand-to-hand and unarmed combat. In their fights, Batman heavily injured Deathstroke, and Deathstroke even admitted he wouldn't want to go up against the Bat without his enhancements.

@the_caped_crusader: I'm sure Batman wouldn't want to go up against Deathstroke enhanced strength or no. In that quote Deathstroke only talked about his strength, not speed or brain power. The brain being the most dangerous enhancement he has.

@jashro44: Are there any panels that show just how skilled Slade is. All I've seen from him is talk about his h2h skill from the military and thas bout it.

DS enhancements is his only advantage.

Oh I never did exactly comment on this thread. Batman is a far superior martial artist than Slade Wilson from what I've seen from him.

@medusa_merc: His speed is his most dangerous weapon against peak humans.

Current DS is staying at a 2 ton strength level, but he lost his HF and speed. Which was why it was so close.

Batman is more skilled. Deathstroke even once admitted he'd hate to fight Bruce without his physical enhancements...in Pre-52 I believe.

He basically stomped nightwing when his strength and speed were cut in half, and he had no healing factor. He also performed a liver strike on Zatanna and did a judo throw against Lex in his war suit.

@jashro44: Hmmm destroying Nightwing is a great showing for skill, interesting.

Slade's more efficient and deadlier.

While Wayne is more immersive in all h2h combat, has more knowledge, but fights to KO or leave a bad beating.

Both use their physical stats to the best they can, and Slade ends up coming on top primarily because of that.
