Franklin alone makes this team one of the tops, combine that with Reed and Valeria's intellect, and the experience working as a team that the main four have. It's hard to imagine any other family beating them out.

Are celestial even considered family? to the best of my knowledge they are mere helpers created by and to serve Fulcrum ( a direct recton to black galaxy saga) during Eternals Volume 4.

Summer/ Grey clan is pretty ubber as well, Jean Grey (assuming she is allowed with phoenix), Rachel Summers (another under par phoenix), Scott Summers, Hope Summers, Alex Summers, Cable, Nate Grey, Vulcan, Stryfe and Hyperstrom (possibly) and so many summers we dont know about. I think Jean as Phoenix (specially if White Phoenix is allowed) could take Franklin Richard or Mr. Franklin (probably, will wait for Franklin expert, hyper_god to comment).

yeah that's about it...oh wait there is also Cables wife and son, Aliya and Tyler (Genesis) she's a telekinetic/telepath of unknown level with probably some time manipulation as she was part of the Askani and those 3 powers were pretty standard for every psychic member of the clan and he can preoject memories as solid holograms.

What are these 2 capable of?

The Summers/Grey family has all of the others beat in raw power.

Cyclops, Jean Grey, Havok, Madeline Prior, Cable, Stryfe, X-Man, Rachel Summers, Vulcan, Adam X, Hope Summers.

If we add from 'future' timelines as well, then we also have Franklin(richards) through marriage, and Hyperstorm(who is supposedly more powerful than franklin).

That's not adding various alternate versions(that have appeared in the 616 universe, or in universes that 616 characters have been in).

In an alternate universe Cassandra Richards was the ruler of Earth as I recall. Or warlord or something.

Charles Grey was a ghost. Could possess people, mess around with objects, etc.

Hyperstorm is a fusion of the Richards, Summers, and Grey Bloodlines though...so he counts for all of them.

Hope isn't a part of the Summers Bloodline.
