BatMan. BatMan always wins.

No, but in all seriousness, I am inclined to say Bats has more analytical skill on the grounds that he's a more competent detective and combatant. He knows how to observe, collect, and analyze data at a higher degree than Question does (not that Question isn't a brilliant detective), and I believe he knows how to study his opponents better also. I could be wrong, but based on these two things, I would say Bats is superior in that area.

The Question... he isn't carrying around all that suppressed emotional baggage that can interfere in his analytical work.

Batman, he has a wider knowledge base to draw upon. He can conduct forensic or scientific tests himself. Vic is a good investigator (possibly the closest to Bruce in DCU behind maybe Tim and Lois Lane), but the scope of his analytical ability is limited by his areas of expertise (he'd have to investigate the science while Bruce would have a head start in that area)

It does not interfere. It motivates him.
