Madcap has some mad regen (or atleast did last time i read anything on him) He was hanging around spiderman cutting his own face off with a knife. which was heald by next panel. But stillihave to give it to the BO. The drop of blood showing was good bt his best showing was regenerating from a single strand of DNA after being digested by carniverous cave slugs. So lobo has the best IMO
Lobo, Hulk seconds him. Deadpool third, one time DP had to steal Hulks blood to fix his healing factor when it stopped working properly. Read Deadpool #4 vol 1 for more info.
It's already been stated that Hulk will regenerate from death, what that end tells who knows, point is he's pretty unkillable. I would think you would have to destroy every cell/atom of his entire body to get rid of him (given that his body will also adapt to it's surroundings so he can survive), which is pretty much the same for Lobo, a single drop of blood though encompasses an entire dna strand which can be used to clone something. I don't know if lobo's body would work the same way. Deadpool is cursed with immortality, so he has a better regen than logan. Logan can be killed if you vaporize him enough with no living cell, otherwise he can come back.
I would say the best when to see who has the best is to time certain regen feat, who ever has the fastest one wins.

As stated, I believe that the Hulk actually has the better healing factor. Not only does it heal him, it lets him adapt. When he was tricked into going in to space right before the Planet Hulk story line, his body adapted to not having any oxygen in space. No matter the environment, it lets him adapt. That's pretty powerful.
@Godabed: Even without his curse DP's healing factor is faster than Logan's the adamantium slows it down tremendously. Logan without the adamantium I think is on par with Dp.
@Strider92: If it killed him he would come back to life but he does not heal from non fatal things any faster than a normal person. He has some tiems killed himself just to deal with other injuries.
Wolverine survived and regenerated by being vaporized straight to only his exoskeleton or skeletal system. That has to be up there. But Hulk really hasn't got the feats because he really hasn't gotten that far damaged for the few multiple times he has.
