Honestly, I probably could.  But unlike some people here, I don't see any major discrepancies in durability between the majority of these people.  It may seem like he's a bit low on my list, but only in the sense that on a scale of 1 to 10, he's an 8.6 in comparison to Superman's 9.1, for example.

Juggernaut
Mr. Majestic
Doomsday
Darkseid
Despero
Mongul
Superman
Lobo
Sentry
Wonder Woman
Power Girl
Thor
King Hyperion
Hulk
Solomon Grundy

Amended list for the inclusion of Majestic and Lobo.

@ThanosIsMad: True, I consider a lot of them on the same level. Why these other guys think Superman is more durable than Doomsday blows my mind, though.

@texasdeathmatch: Because while Superman has tanked and survived an exploding star, armies of Doomsday got torn apart by one heat vision from Superman, and in Actions Comics #871, Superman, Supergirl and a group of Kryptonians completely wrecked Doomsday. Besides, in the Death of Superman, Superman managed to kill Doomsday as well. If Doomsday was more durable than Superman, Superman would have not been able to kill him.

If you're going to talk about Death of Superman, there's a couple of times where sh*t goes haywire, and Doomsday walks away unscathed while Superman is rendered unconscious. For example, when Maxima rips out the light pole and causes an explosion Superman is completely passed out while Doomsday is seen walking away.

I know nothing about Mr. Majestic, King Hyperion, and little about Despero and Grundy. So I'm leaving them out of my list:

Juggernaut
Doomsday
Darkseid
Superman
Lobo
Mongul
Thor
Hulk (though he varies)
Wonder Woman
Power Girl
Sentry

Still going with Juggernaut first, Superman second. The rest I really don't care after that.

@the human Juggernaut: I'm betting that there was some sort of psychic altercation. Especially if it continued after Skaar BFR'ed him and tore his helmet to shreds with the Oldpower

Dented it and took off the shoulder piece of his armor pretty easily.  Liely a contributing factor to the rest of it getting wrecked.
