Who does the best with PREP?
This guy ^^^^^
is that a dog or a cat?
It appears to have a dog's snout, a cat's legs & tail... honestly, I don't think the artist knew what he wanted it to be lol
It was Thanos demonstrating he can create anything
Ahhhh I see, makes perfect sense now. Thanks for clearing that up,
@bladenb: LY and Beyonder are more like equal. Plus IIRC that was with IG
LT is the second most powerful being in Marvel TOAA being the first. Beyonder comes in about 4th or 5th place

No John Constantine nor Lucifer Morningstar, no thread for me.
As I said before, Constantine is good with a very short amount of time to plan, and relies on a more of on-the-spot wit then actual prep. If this was a Con-Man competition, he would be #1 contestant. And isn't Lucifer a multi-versal powerhouse?
@lucano: Nice feats. But my question still stands: how powerful is he overall?
Some characters like to use their prep to build awesome devices. Some characters like to use their prep to come up with a way to beat a character or characters they plan to encounter. Some characters like to use their prep to find something they thing will give them more power. Some characters like to use their prep to manipulate people and put things in motion to best serve them. And there are other uses of prep and some people done more than one at a time. I tend to most like those of the last group I described, those that manipulate people or the world at large and seem to have plans within plans going at all times. Characters like Tao, or Black Panther, or Loki. Reading through Young Avengers and seeing Loki's manipulation of seemingly everything has been great. The scene in Young Avengers that mirrors the one with Norman that led to Seige are examples his manipulative skill and how he can change the world and reap the rewards later on with the right words at the right time. My preference for his style of preparation is why I picked Loki.
