HE is probably the only person (along with doom) who is smarter than Reed. I am sure that HE with enough prep and resources could defeat the council. Im not saying he would do it easily but this is a guy who has turned himself into a cosmic entity more than once.

Do their enemies also get the same prep? I don't really see how anyone could win when the council has a week of prep, so whoever you picked should theoretically insta-die if it's not like TOAA or The Presence.

I think eternity and any one beyond him. I know at one point 3 of them had an infinity gauntlet not sure if they still have 3 infinity gauntlets but I know they have 1 infinity gauntlet. No one short of a abstract short of an abstract should win this fight. If prep is allowed I would say thanos.

Well maybe it will take more than eternity to win this than...1 week of prep, infinity gauntlets, and a weapon capable of destroying the celestial race or a beyonder could be a problem. I think eternity may need a little help from the spectre.

I am not sure if anyone should be able to beat them outside of abstracts. If they get a week prep, I am sure that means unlimited resources and full knowledge of their opponent.
On the next page, that universal entropy gun one-shots a Celestial.
