Is spawn taking them on all at once? Is there any prep time, or is this standard gear? What version of spawn is this?

Single fights, without prep time. Classic Spawn is the Spawn with the classic suit, Spawn in the first apparences.

Classic Spawn was still learning how to use his powers, IIRC.

Not sure on who'd he beat or not. @sirfizzwhizz should know.

He could potentially lose to all of them. As said, he was not reliant on his powers, however he has the power to beat any of them too.

in character, he could lose to Caranage, or Venom, the rest will hold back too much on Spawn for him to not use his magic to win.
