Not sure if I seen that one. Was that Kaoih, the large dude in the armor? If that is so, then no he wouldn't be able to in my opinion. Toki was indeed Raoh's blood brother and learned from him by studying his moves before and while he was training with their master themselves. I think that if Toki gained as much power as Kenshiro did he most likely would have won, I believe they said if it wasn't for Toki's sickness he would have beaten his older brother Raoh, and possibly Kenshiro and became to Master of the Hokuto Shiken.

If it's up close and personal I would say yes to Spider-Man, Karate Kid..might make it..although it's up close and Toki just needs one chance to hit a pressure point. Batman One Mill probably has something against that be it tech or physically being an enhanced human.
