Who can tag Wally West first?

RULES/Info:

-Battle takes place in a Colosseum

-Wally cannot hurt anyone

-All members have standard equipment (NO EXPLOSIVES/GASSES)

-Members get unlimited ammo (Although they must reload)

-Members cannot hurt each other

CONTESTANTS:

-Deadshot

-Hawkeye

-Bullseye

-Captain Boomerang

-Green Arrow

-Deathstroke

@sync1: I'm saying Captain Boomerang (Owen) since he would have bursts of legit super speed with which to throw his projectiles. Might give him some sort of edge : / lol

That was just Owen. The standard version of Boomerang is George, and he didn't have any powers.

That said, it comes down to Slade or Boomerang, since they're the ones who have a history of tagging Flash.

But, I mean really, if Wally is moving top speed, no one above ever tags him. Period.

Slade's got the history but, I mean, no one here should ever hit Wally unless they catch him off guard without some massive PIS.

All of them fail.

Captain Boomerang probably have slightly more chance than the other, giving him billion of years trying to hit Flash in a limited space such as Colosseum then he probably could hit him once. If you give monkey forever to type on a typewriter, eventually it'll type a Shakespeare work.
