Who can stop the Superior Flash?!

The Superior Flash was not my idea, it was in another thread awhile back.

After faking his death, Lex Luthor has taken over the body of Wally West. He keeps his identity a secret for several years while planning to conquer Earth. He eventually reveals himself, and after using Batman's contingency plans to take out the Justice League in a single day, he becomes supreme ruler of Earth. He then uses the world's resources to build a fleet of star ships and sets out to conquer the entire DC universe. Can he do it?

@racob7: It would take something massive to stop him with Flash's powers & Luthor's brain. Something like Phantom Stranger or the Spectre or something...

Maybe even another very powerful villain would have to stop him.

Spectre or any Flash villain like Zoom or Prof. Zoom because Luthor doesn't know the Speed Force well enough to fight them.

Yup. I can't see anyone on DC earth being able to stop Lex Flash. This idea isn't original though. On an episode of Justice League Unlimited, this scenario actually happened when Lex and Wally switched bodies. It was enlightening not to mention amusing.

Ok so that's the most simple minded response I have ever read. Physical damage.....

Wally can: Speed steal Ghost Rider into a statue, Bfr into speedforce, Bfr across the cosmos, Bfr to the end of time, Bfr to the beginnng of time, phase Ghost riders apendages to the far corners of the earth, go back in time and kill the Ghost Rider avatar in the crib, go back in time and kill the Ghost Riders father in the crib, go back in time and create a cult that transforms into a religion thus becoming a god more powerful than Ghost Rider and smite Ghost Rider, etc.

This is one of the most powerful beings on earth + the smartest being on earth there are a million possibilities.

Zoom (Hunter) should be enough if he's at full potential and not jobbing. If Lex already had a plan that somehow manipulates time in Lex's favor, Phantom Stranger, Superman Prime, or Spectre (w/ or w/out host) should be enough, though SMP would undoubtedly have a hard time at first until he goes all pissy like he normally does.

Here is a list of people that will stomp Lex Flash: Femto, The Shrike, Dark Schneider (he doesn't even need the Judas Pain or DKL, just regular post-time skip DS would do), Virgo Shaka, Giorno Giovanna w/ Gold Experience Requiem, Zetto (from Tenchi Muyo), etc. With enough hax Flash is fairly easy to beat; and it doesn't matter how smart Lex is because you can't out-think hax. You don't even need skyfathers or herald level beings.

Almost all of these guys are never born because Flash goes back in time and kills their parents....

Femto manipulates causality, so that's a no go. The Shrike has no parents and exists within a circular space-time, so that's a no go. Dark Schneider has Dispel Bound, so that's a no go. Virgo Shaka might be able to be killed this way. Giorno Giovanna w/ Gold Experience Requiem also manipulates causality; it still worked from outside of existence even when King Crimson erased all of time on a universal scale, so that's a no go. Zetto has Light Hawk Wings which is a manifestation of power from a higher dimension possessed by the Chousin who are massively multiversal, so that's a no go.

Out of all the people I named Flash could perhaps kill Virgo Shaka using time travel and that's it. In any event, time travel is a self-BFR.
