Hulk has more mass and strength (strength is the ability to produce force, a.k.a an accelerated mass), and Flash has more speed. Who hits harder really?
Who can really hit harder? Hulk or Flash?
It depends on the context...the Flash's infinite mass punch, by definition, should be nearing the maximus physical threshold of reality given that its "infinite mass" so against a standing target most times this would be about as hard as you can hit them. If the target is strong enough to tank it then technically a fully amped hulk, theoretically dealing IM force punches at the universal limit, would be stronger because that blow is backed by raw power and thus has a measure of follow through the flash does not, which is important when throwing a punch. Theoretically I say hulk wins
Hulk has way better feats to say he hits harder. Im quite sure Hulk has a few of the most powerful striking feats in the comic industry to begin with.
Hulk has better striking feats, so Hulk. I don't care if in "theory" someone hits harder if they've never demonstrated it.

@ghostravage: Don't blame me! I didn't know these cool dudes would agree.
@green_skaar: I guess your right...feats beats theory. But if we go by theory, I say Hulk hits harder because he has a lot more mass and strength.

No! You're the head behind this unpractical assault... You're the plot Master... You... You are the one to blame!
