Who can out aim Ultimate Hawkeye?

Using these various objects.

1. Sniper rifle

2. Shirukens

3. Everyday solid handheld objects.

Bullseye?

Well... The Killer didn't even have to look to aim, and did so with pinpoint precision. He does lack a variety of feats to actually prove he has any accuracy beyond that whatsoever, so I don't think one can say he can "out-aim" Ultimate Hawkeye on the long range but I thought it would be fun to point that out.

My bad, I meant Black Panther. And I'd like to add Blade and Alucard to that list.

Ultimate Hawkeye would school Deadpool, Domino, and Black Panther.

River Tam possibly (http://www.comicvine.com/river-tam/29-42084/)...she did shoot a bunch of guys dead, dead, dead after looking at them for a second and then closed her eyes as she actually shot them. I say possibly because we only ever see her doing this once and I have not read the comics, so I don't know if it is ever replicated.

I don't know if many feats can beat the finger nail feat. On top of that, he touched a gun and managed to kill dozens of soldiers in blank range.

Now I know we don't know how he killed all those guys, but judging from what he did before he killed them. it was pretty gruesome.

He also out-shoots his own shadow and gravity on a regular basis.

I think Lord Deathstrike has the best feat with a sniper rifle.

When it comes to sniper shots with people like Batman 1 Million , Deadshot and Ultimate Hawkeye there's really no use debating , there all at such a level that if put in a shooting competition not a single bullet would miss it's target .

So to conclude , we don't know who can out aim him , as most people we've mentioned will seldom if ever miss a shot .

What we can argue is who is more versatile in the weapons they use and who can fire the quickest and other aspects of shooting , but accuracy itself is a toss up , none of them will ever miss so there's nothing to pick them apart.

Yeah, from what ReVamp has told me before, Wesley Gibson would probably be able to out-aim Clint. Not sure about Deadshot though.
