Who can one shot base Hulk?

@rbt: No offense but I honestly don't see none of them one-shotting KO Hulk.

Maybe someone like Imperiex can do something like that, but it's debatable.

since "base" hulk is such a loose term, i will go with the 80 ton hulk base which is probably what OP meant, and with his low strength and relatively low durability at that time ill give it to:
