I actually forget what I meant by that. I think I was making a reference to mass or something.

Here, the Neutron star would be so heavy and dense (Juggy didnt change his size, silly him) that it collapses to a black hole.

Here, the mass is meaningless because under normal circumstances, people lift things on the earth which are less than the weight of the earth. So, if anything is heavier than the earth, it is the earth that gets lifted and not the other way round(When Chuck Norris does push ups, he is actually pushing the earth down) . It cant happen. That would be a non-inertial frame of reference.

So, seeing as how the OP says that Juggy is a black hole. I would say Silver Surfer can. He has traveled inside black holes and can take what he wants from inside a black hole.
