Theoretically speaking, he could beat lower end to mid level street levelers who aren't really skilled and experience.

Killer Croc can beat Kick-Ass, Bob Agent of Hydra, and maybe Rorschach (if he doesn't give him a glass bottle in the eye like Dent). He is not really a bad character. He has plenty of potential. However, on "the Vine" feats are apparently what matters most, and based on feats: Killer Croc sucks.

He could maybe beat Tim Drake, Catwoman, Black Mask, and Babs tier characters for a few wins when they're not being careful enough, but would probably lose to them when they're fully focused and/or in an environment that is unfavourable to Croc.

Out of those I think he probably has the best chance against Black Mask depending on environment.

Characters he could definitely beat are people like Rorschach, Penguin, Tintin, and Kickass.

Given prep, pretty much anyone who isn't a halfwit will beat Croc.

Lots of police officers, guys like him but weaker in strength (who fight using brute strength).

It depends on the environment and weapons given to the opponent.

I don't care how dumb he is, it makes ZERO sense that he can't tackle and overpower a good amount of comic folks, especially in the sewer setting. I'll give it to those that may be armed... but even that's pushing it since I believe he's taken a few shots I believe.

People like Joker, Riddler, Quinn, Penguin, Zsasz, Widow, Hawkeye, etc without weapons should all die IF they're not armed.

Thanos, Flash, Silver Surfer, Doctor Doom, Captain Atom, Zoom. The list goes on and on.

Widow and Hawkeye should at least take him, much more skilled at h2h.

Doesn't he tower over them? Isn't he 7+ ft tall? Even if they're more agile or know more skills, he should still be able to pinned them down and bite them. Arkham Asylum Croc overpowered Bats once in his grasps, and Bats is much better than Clint and Black Widow.

He's too slow and unskilled, peak humans just dodge him and hit with nerve strikes whilst he's growling and throwing haymakers.

Well comic book Croc has been one-shotted by Batman on multiple occasions, tackled to the ground by Bullock, and wrestled to the ground by Harvey Dent. Helena Bertinelli Huntress has beaten him in the sewers with only moderate difficulty.

I guess my idea of Croc comes from Asylum. He was deadly in the water- so much so that Bats chose stealth over a fight. If he can be KO'd with ease, Bats could've stood his ground and knocked him out in 11 secs.

THAT is my stubborn viewpoint on Croc. Powerful enough to manhandle Bats. Agile in water. Tough hide. Sharp teeth and claws.

Hearing Harvey Dent beat him is absolute foolishness on the writer's part.
