Who can kill deadpool for GOOD

Y'know I've been thinking, nobody has ever killed deadpool permanently. I know what your gonna say, "dead pool died in deadpool issue #45 you dumbass!" Well that whole thing where he died on the yacht and everything doesn't count in my opinion, it was a lame death and I'm very pissed at Marvel for killing deadpool. Okay so anyway, the point is: who could kill deadpool? It's a pretty hard question to answer myself so I'm gonna need you guys to answer it to answer it for me. Ok so here are the rules:

.no carbonadium. That would just make it to easy. It really was the lamest way for wolverine to die.

.no anti-regeneration rays like they used in deadpool kills deadpool, either. I don't even know where the fuck they got them anyway? I mean come on! Did there just happen to be a convenient store down the street full of anti-regeneration rays or something? It didn't make any sense.

@askanidiot: We know it's real, (I have it sitting beside me) but it's non-cannon of course and is pure, 100% plot convenience with a sole purpose is quickly killing everyone without explaining or showing how it happens or skipping over stuff like, say, Spidey's spider sense which would have given him a heads up about say, a gun being pulled on him, like it had thousands of times before. Or stuff like, "Well he just gets this guy to make them kill them all themselves" or "Well he forces this guy to make traps to kill all these guys" where it's not even him fighting the people but gets other people to do it, or uses never before seen stuff like the ability to make Thor's hammer huge and that being able to kill him since he just stands there slack jawed and watches it happen and doesn't catch it despite it still being well within his physical weight ability to do so.

But anyone with cosmic level power, matter transmutation, anyone with the ability to change the properties of matter or to teleport him, say, into the sun or the molten core of the earth.
